As a student of one of America's most important art forms, Dominic is on-the-ground in Chicago's thriving jazz scene to capture the music in both image, word, and interview.
His work has a keen interest in understanding the core of the music's message while communicating it with a particular wit. As such it has been hailed by musicians as "someone who gets it" (saxophonist Chris Greene).
Created and hosted by Dominic on WONC FM89.1, The Yardbird Suite was a 3-hour specialty show dedicated to modern jazz "from Bird to the beyond". Original run from 2014 - 2017.

In his capacity as host, Dominic exposed a rock/pop audience to modern jazz music and communicating the ideas of the art form with an approachable style.
